Paleo Chocolate Pumpkin Brownies

Moist, chocolaty, delicious, say no more
Ingredients
- 100g Dark Chocolate
- 4 Tablespoons Coconut Cream
- 1/4 Cup Cocoa Powder
- 3.75 Tablespoons Coconut Oil
- 3 Tablespoons Arrowroot Flour
- 1/4 Cup Sifted Coconut Flour
- 1/4 Teaspoon Baking Soda
- Salt
- 150ml Pure Maple Syrup
- 1/4 Cup Light Olive Oil
- 2 Eggs, whisked
- 1/2 Cup Cooked, Mashed Pumpkin (I use Jap)
Instructions
- Heat the oven to 165 degrees.
- Place chocolate, coconut cream, cocoa powder & coconut oil in a small saucepan over low heat unit melted.
- In a bowl combine arrowroot flour, coconut flour, baking soda & salt. Add the melted chocolate mixture & the maple, oil, eggs & pumpkin to the dry ingredients.
- Mix well & pour into a greased or lined baking tray.
- Cook at 165 degrees for 20 minutes.
- DO NOT OVERCOOK.
